Here, you can express your interest in joining a free group coach held weekly. Each session begins with a guided meditation to first jhana. Follows by talks on topics such as jhana meditation, Nibbana, how to practice in daily life, mindfulness, kamma and more. Session lasted 1-2 hours on zoom and conclude with 30 mins of debrief. I am based in Western Australia and available most days from 8am – 5pm.
