We exist with a set of ingredients.
We can’t choose them but we can decide what to make with them.
We accept our kamma, try finding the positive in our kamma and be grateful for what we do have while developing and growing more positive qualities that we don’t have. Putting our focus on what we don’t have and what others have is a cause of suffering.
Most of the time we can’t change the world, we can’t change people and can’t change our problems.
But we can certainly try shifting our perception and change ourselves.
